                                          Big Sky’s 3-Phase Coaching System:

 

Phase I:  Your Initial 30 Days

·       You’ll meet for your first 45-minute session:

                 Come dressed for your first workout (we’ll start out at the right pace for you).

                 Review your New Client Profile… discuss the details of what you’d like to achieve here

                        at the club.

                 Start your workout program:

                        Education on exercise position/breathing, path & range of motion,

                        speed of movement, control/isolation, and intensity of effort.

                 Last step in your first session:

                        Determine which program would best help you to meet your goals.

·       Then you’ll meet with your Trainer for your second 45-minute session:

           General nutrition principles

           Proper cardio mechanics and target heart rate

                 Continue your workout program                                                                                        

                 Finalize your plan for achieving your short and long-term goals.

 

Phase II:

  • You’re starting to achieve your short-term goals.
  • Re-evaluation with your Trainer:

                 Continued education on altering your body composition.

                 Check form, technique, and stability.

  • Continued workout program reviews and updates every 12 weeks.

 

Phase III:  

  • You’re reaching your long-term goals and setting new goals.
  • Staying fit as a lifestyle.
